This is a draft policy for the initial version. It will be completed before neighbour accounts and the contact form are opened.
Who is responsible
The data controller will be identified in the legal notice before launch. Hontanares Online is an independent neighbourhood project and is not part of the Town Council.
What data we process now
This version has no forms, accounts or comments. Cloudflare hosting may record technical connection data (IP address, date, user agent) for security and service operation, under its own policy.
Fonts are served from this domain. We do not use Google Fonts, Google Maps or cookie-based analytics.
What changes when accounts arrive
- Supabase Auth will handle registration and sign-in.
- An email and a public display name will be requested; the area will be optional.
- Email addresses and exact addresses will not be published.
- Incidents, pets, comments and votes will have moderation rules.
- Access, rectification, erasure and portability rights will be available.
- Data will be hosted in Supabase's EU region.
Cookies
The public site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If session cookies are added in the future, they will be explained here and limited to what is necessary.
Rights
Once accounts exist, you will be able to exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. The contact channel will be published before launch.
Changes
This policy will be updated when accounts, forms, comments and polls are enabled. The update date will be visible.
